Here at The Black Pig our menus change daily dependant on what looks good and is in season. All our meat is free ranged or organic and our vegetables are bio-dynamic (see our commitment to local suppliers and their produce to find out more). We only use sustainable fish and follow the marine stewardships guidelines.
Therefore what you get is great quality ingredients treated simply and with respect to get the most out of them - simply grilled Ashdown Forest Heather Fed Lamb Chops with a Wild Garlic Aioli or Slow Roast Belly of Black Pig Pork with Apple & Sage allows the quality to shine through.
The Bar is open from 11am-11pm Mon-Sun for drinks.
